  First at all,the personaliced customer service, and very kindly staff that give you all the facilities that you could need. The Riad is 5 mins. On foot from Jemaa El Fna in a quiet and safe tipical street ,no noisily at night. It has exquisitely decorated rooms. We were in the Safran room that is fabulous. You can enjoy the pool 24h. This was my first time travelling alone to Marrakech and a single female could have been daunting, but, was my favourite trip over! Be smart, get Pascal to arrange the car to collect you from the airport, so you don't get lost in the souks trying to find the riad with luggage, and do practice runs during the day from the square to the riad. As long as you know where you are in the square you can find your way home! Mm

  We stayed here for 5 nights in November and Riad Lorsya couldn't have suited us more perfectly. It is brilliantly situated just off Marrakech's souks in the centre of the Medina and amazingly peaceful considering its central, bustling location. Breakfast was delicious and big, not mentioning the fact that to my surprise I was provided with a gluten free bread!   The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always smiling and courteous, and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful setting and the rooms are a wonderful size. We were upgraded when we arrived, and it was a fabulous surprise. Their tour guides that they use were great as well. The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

At the beginning it is not easy to find as it is in a small, hidden street. So it is better to ask for some guidance just for the first time. We stayed in Meknes room which was fantastic, in original Maroccan style. The staff is very kind, helpful and always available. We would definitely recommend this Riad as
