Excellent location, beautiful decor, very comfortable rooms and most importantly staff who was extremely friendly and helpful, made us feel like at home. They picked us up as arranged and took us to the parking area near the hotel where hotel staff met us to walk to the hotel with us and assist with luggage.   It was the perfect stay for our week in Marrakech. Centrally located (7 minutes from Jemaa el Fna), but in a quiet street. The manager Simo was very helpful. Since it was July and Ramadan, it was not busy in the riad, so we got an upgrade to a bigger room for free. The breakfast was very nice and can be served on the roof terrace if you want. They have a transfer service to pick you on airport coast 20 €, its better to ask for the transfer because the place it's a little bit dificult to find, and if you go by taxi, will be 15 € and they will leave you in the square and you'll not find the place without pay a lot of money for the local people.

  The staff could not be more helpful. Very friendly and welcoming. The riad is next to impossible to find first time (it's down a narrow winding alleyway) so request a pick-up. It's not to most dazzling of refurbished riads in town but it's still beautiful and we wouldn't st - Quiet and still close to the Marrakech life with all it's huzzle and buzzle. Beautiful rooms, plentiful homemade breakfast, the staff is helpful, speaks both French and English, nice detail with new decoration on the bed with the bedspreads every day. Best riad we have stayed in in Marrakech (out of approximately 25 as we live in Morocco). Our second home,simply. Extremely good value for the money.
