  An amazing place and experience. The Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, eager to assist whenever possible; especially Yousef. we felt home. we were offered mint tea the whole day.   Very nice riad. Rooms were very clean and airy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Only downsides were you had to pay to use the jacuzzi ( when do you ever have to pay? Anywhere? ) and the noise traveled easily between the rooms. I am told all riads lack privacy and this wasn't a big issue for us ( group of mates). All in all nice place, well decorated with good staff - Good value for money! - The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. The Riad is like a little haven of peace and tranquility. It is perfectly situated in terms of being able to walk everywhere and you get a real feel of living in Marrakesh amongst the local people. We were travelling with our two weenage children and there was enough at the Riad to keep them occupied as well as being incredibly relaxing for us. Definately would reccomend Riad Vendome

  Absolutely delightful staff, just walking through the doors of the Riad it felt like coming home. There was a wonderful family feeling about the place and a great relationship between the staff and we were treated more as family than as simply paying guests. A beautiful place .. our little oasis in the heart of the Medina. Olivier, Mustafa, Abdu, Ai - Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.

  The Riad Eloise was excellent! Alain was very helpful, giving us tea and cakes upon arrival and showing us where to go/how to get there. It was a nice haven to unwind at after the hectic times getting lost in the medina. Everything about the decor was tastefully done, I wish I could import all their beautiful things back to Melbourne! The view from the upper terrace is spectacular and it is very close to the souk and Djeema El Fna. There is a jacuzzi and many possibilities of enjoying the sun on sun beds etc. Very nice stay. One morning we had to go at 7 o'clock and the staff got up and made a nice breakfast for us.
