  The staff at Riad Chamali couldn't have been more adorable! Every single member of the team was smiling & lovely & couldn't do enough for the guests. The manager (Mounaa I think) was exceptional. Complimentary large bottle of water waiting in our room on arrival which was a nice welcome to - The people from Riad Chamali made ouwer stay great! I took my mam for her birthday to Marrakech. In the Riad my mam got flowers from the staff ! Wow that was a surprise! The manager of the Riad was very friendly, she knew a lot about Marrakech and the surrounding area! If she didn't know, she would come up with an answer later that day! -cooking lessons where great! -everybody was friendly! -taxi + excursions where great! Everything for a perfect city-trip or holiday!!!

  The hotel was definetly above al expectations. Very clean, very comfortable and beautifully traditional. We arrived at night and walking through the alleys to get there felt a bit dodgy but it was just a matter of getting used to it, quite safe. Abdullah will help you with your questions and needs and was very kind. The location is perfect as it is just around the corner from where - As soon as we arrived in the Medina by cab, we were greeted by a guide from the riad who delivered us safely to Elsa. Upon arrival we were greeted with tea and the owners gave us tips on what to see, how to get around and to avoid any local water / ice etc. They were also kind enough to lend us Moroccan dirham for dinner which we could settle on our departure. The daily breakfast was delicious and served on the rooftop terrace.

  We totally loved the Dar Loula, it was quiet comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady who was there during the day. They even arranged to supply a birthday cake for me as a surprise for my partners 40th! We would definitely stay again. - The riad is inside a small alley, not far away from the palace. The room is small but well democrated. Wifi is weak inside the room. Breakfast was really nice. Decor is very cosy and comfortable.   We just returned from a weekend in Marrakech. We were so pleased with this riad. Simo arranged our transport from/to the airport and greeted us upon arrival with mint tea. We had already arranged our excursions for the trip, but he was ready and willing to help us plan anything we needed. We had dinner at the riad our first night. They only had two bottles of red on hand the first night, which we d - The 6 of us had such a great time. Simo and all the staff couldn't have been more helpful, arranging a traditional Morroccan meal for our late arrival, advising us on sights and restaurants and organising a day at a beautiful private pool when the temperature hit 40! The location within the medina next to the Royal Palace is great and although the walk to Jemaa el fna takes 10-15 minutes it means you see more of the side streets plus the palace walls with nesting storks.
