  Really friendly welcome and atmosphere in a traditional small riad. It was very much home from home and we were able to relax. There was a great view from the roof terrace over the neighbourhood and towards the mountains. The decor was very eclectic and I enjoyed the old film posters and photographs of Moroccan towns. It has a lovely terrace overlooking the main square and it was simply delightful to have our meals there!!   The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always smiling and courteous, and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful setting and the rooms are a wonderful size. We were upgraded when we arrived, and it was a fabulous surprise. Their tour guides that they use were great as well. Hassan was our driver/guide to Essaouira, and Hamid was our tour guide for the market area. - Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations. I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved. The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

  Staff were extremely friendly and couldn't help you enough. A lovely quiet and relaxing riad a 5 minute walk from the main square. Very nice clean rooms and would recommend. - Riad Hasni is an oasis among the souks in Marrakech. Pure luxury in a very authentic Moroccan way. Can recommend it highly and hope to stay again some time in the future.

He not only showed us how to get around when there was no need too, but went on a Sunday to get me medicine when I was ill was always on hand to help, patient, considerate.
