  The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always smiling and courteous, and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful setting and the rooms are a wonderful size. I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved. The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

  Staff were extremely friendly and couldn't help you enough. A lovely quiet and relaxing riad a 5 minute walk from the main square. Very nice clean rooms and would recommend. - Riad Hasni is an oasis among the souks in Marrakech. Pure luxury in a very authentic Moroccan way. This was my first time travelling alone to Marrakech and a single female could have been daunting, but, was my favourite trip over! Be smart, get Pascal to arrange the car to collect you from the airport, so you don't get lost in the souks trying to find the riad with luggage, and do practice runs during the day from the square to the riad. As long as you know where you are in the square you can find your way home! Mm

We're pleased with everything ..the staff are just very welcoming and helpful ..we'll recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Marrakech . - room was excellent great bathroom, air con etc. central location and staff always around. they let us leave our luggage with them after check out.
