  The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Sara. She was always smiling and courteous, and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful setting and the rooms are a wonderful size. We were upgraded when we arrived, and it was a fabulous surprise. Their tour guides that they use were great as well. I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved. The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

  No need to look further: just book this riad! I looked for days to find a riad, there where thousands of them, but very pleased with my final choice! We had an amazing stay in this Riad last week. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The staff was extremely heartwearming friendly.   We stayed for a week at Hotel du Tresor in the Mizrachi room on the ground floor. We arranged to have a taxi pick us up from the airport (15euros) which was worthwhile as it not only saved the hassle of arranging a taxi but it also meant we were met when we got out of the taxi and guided down the various alleys to the Riad itself. The White Room was lovely -- simple, quirky, with its own private roof terrace. And piping hot water in en suite. This was excellent value and only 5 minutes walk from central square.

  Absolutely delightful staff, just walking through the doors of the Riad it felt like coming home. There was a wonderful family feeling about the place and a great relationship between the staff and we were treated more as family than as simply paying guests. Olivier, Mustafa, Abdu, Ai - Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.

  This Riad is, simply, perfect! Before we had even arrived the customer service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon in Marrakech. The owners, Charlotte & Patrice are extremely friendly and hospitable, as are Abdul, Ahmed and the rest of the team. The riad is a place of calm and quiet in a very busy city, and a dip in the pool was v - Riad Itrane was perfect in every way. Even before we arrived we had been made to feel welcome by the owners, Charlotte contacting us the week before to offer a driver to pick us up from the airport at a reasonable price, and a very delicious meal at the Riad the night we arrived (also a very reasonable price). An absolutely beautifully decorated riad awaited us, and if like us you've been searching the hundreds of riad's for the right place to stay, look no further. Ideally situated a stones th
