We particularly liked the location of the hotel. It was very close to a shopping mail, and not far from the souk.
The room was excellent and comfortable.
I just want to add the staff were exceptionally, we were very much welcomed and felt like royalty. It really does help if you either speak French or Arabic.
Planning to stay here again next year.

The hotel was amazing, everything was great, rooms were big and had two TVs with English firms and new 24hrs a day. Staff were always ready with a smile to help. The swimming pool is large and the bar was reasonable for food and drinks. We will be returning next year

The room was understated luxury. Sumptuous bed and pillows. Bright white linen. Lovely design with a local Moroccan influence in its elegant simplicity. Staff were lovely, helpful but not pushy. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details.
The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi.
The staff is friendly and very professional.

The riad is beautiful, with rooms set around a courtyard and was a relaxing retreat after the heat and bustle of the Medina. Excellent and extremely attentive and courteous service. On site director most efficient and showing friendly professionalism at a high level. Design exceptional. The food served was also excellent throughout our stay (breakfast) and we ate twice at night at the magnificent first level terrace (same as for the breakfast even though the roof top terrace is also available). The spa services that my wife received were also at the same level of quality.

The Riad is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Some people may say its a bit far from the main square but this actually worked in our favor as it is a very quiet place to put your feet up after a hectic/hot/tiring day in Marrakesh. Its also very close to the Kasbah and palaces.
