Located in the heart of Fez’s medina, a 5-minute walk from the Dar Batha Museum, this traditional riad offers a terrace with views over Fez. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and meals can be enjoyed on site. Guest rooms have a traditional Moroccan décor and are equipped with air-conditioning. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower. A continental breakfast is served each morning at the riad and can be enjoyed by the fountain in the patio. Guests can also taste typical Moroccan dishes during their stay. The riad offers a lounge with a TV where guests can relax. Big and small Muhammed have created a very enjoyable environment in their riad. They really make you feel at home. Rooms are comfertable and reasonably clean. The Riad is an old building so some parts seem to look scruffy. Don't worry because the staff will help you. When we left they were re-doing the roofterrace so that should be an even better place to chill, kick back and relax. Dar El Yasmine is perfectly located in a side alley between the two main streets in the Medina. Great place!!.
kaikki arvostelut » We really liked our stay at Dar El Yasmine, because the staff was very friendly and easy-going.They offered to wait for us at the blue gate (Bab Boujould), because we arrived late in the evening and Fes can be a bit dangerous at night. Accept this offer and ignore the guys in the street who want to ''help'' you and show you the way, because they can threat you and demand money from you. Breakfast was very good, the room was big and the roof terrace is really cool. The location in the medina can't be beat - it's easy to get around at night and find your way back easily and safely to the Dar el Yasmine. Also the staff are top notch - they can arrange a variety of trips or travel connections for you, for a reasonable price, and you get the satisfaction of having a personal connection with the next part of your Moroccan trip. Super-friendly and knowledgable staff. Great breakfasts. Best wifi we've had in Morocco so far. Challenging to find the hotel, but that's true of nearly all of them in Old Medina. Good vibe, staff extremely helpful, the group cooking thing is excellent value and a nice way to unwind. Will come back but will be staying longer next time. Amazing atmosphere created by staff. Maybe a little maintance could make it even better but than the prices will increase and that's the whole charm of this place. A riad for a bacpackers wallet. Shower head was a bit dodgy from being dropped which is a meh. I liked everything, just don't trust Google Maps on location of this hotel. Go through the blue gate down the main street until you see the yellow Dar El Yasmine sign. Don't turn to smaller streets earlier. hard to find, add more road signs along the way to the hostel from the blue gate. Room on the 1st floor is noisy.
