Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers.
Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, and the L'Occitane toiletries and exotic bathroom facilities added a touch of luxury. -

The staff was very helpful, very professional, and knowledgeable. I amvery happy that I selected that hotel for my stay. I do not speak Frenchor Arabic and neither does my husband but the desk clerk and bellboyswere very attentive. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and deliciouseven for my American taste. Rachid the owner and the receptionists were all very nice. They gave us
directions and Rachid showed us to a good brunch spot, The Fence.
The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I slept like a log.
The guards save the parking spots out front for guests, so I was able to park my car for free and it felt safe since the car was within eyesight of the guards.
I could see it would be a good place for business travellers, as there is a nice kitchenette and large desk.

While the organisation and some of the staff were not so helpful, the extremely friendly managers made up for it.
We had booked room with pick-up but the driver simply left when the plane was delayed. After 30 minutes discussion with hotel and driver on the phone we decided to take a taxi. Upon arrival the manager apologized and refund the price f

I was there for a business and it was very convenient location far from casablanca trafic ,very friendly and nice staff specially the manager Mr alaoui , and its only hotel setting on the beautiful corniche of casablanca, worth every penny
