Good location close to the bus station. shops and restaurants.
friendly helpful staff. large room with both fan and air conditioning. large ensuite bathroom. Staff allowed us to leave luggage whilst we visited the Mayan ruins.
The attention was great!!! The building is a beautiful, strong construction and could be in better conditions (they are fixing it little by little) but the friendliness and service very well compensate for it.kaikki arvostelut »
Very helpful staff. In our arrival they let us choose the room. Non-english spoken staff, but very willing to try to communicate in english. Location near city centre.
Large rooms, cosy hotel, excellent location, helpful staff (who recommended an excellent agency for an excursion to the distant temples of Yaxchilan and Bonampak).
A generous sized bedroom and well laid out and decorated bathroom, great value for money if spending a night or two to visit the Palenque ruins.
Nice staff, helpful, great central location. Was able to walk 10 mins to the bus station. Great restaurant on the same street right hand corner.
This is a nice hotel and conveniently located. Not far from the busstation, town centre en minibusses to the ruins. The building is pretty.
Very clean nice hotel with big rooms and hot shower :) We were glad to see that there was no bugs in the room as it's Palenque.
Very close to the bus station (7min walk, station located on the same street).
Very helpful and adorable staff.
Clean rooms.
close to centre but no at Juares street.
Quiet, everything worked.
close to ADO bus terminal and town square, good internet, friendly staff, clean, cheap (except for stench in bathroom).
A block from the Main Street, excellent location and not too noisy. Nice foyer with free wifi.
We were very happy about all aspects of our stay.
On the last day of my stay, the staff forgot to clean my room. However, when I made them aware of the problem, they replaced towel and toiletries immediately.
Tv colour balance was off. They said they had full internet connection but it was often unavailable.
The lock on the door didn't seem to reliable. The bathroom was really big but empty and had no place to dry towels. The water didn't run away well so the floor was all wet.
Stuff doesn't know english. :(
Wifi works only in lobby.
No breakfast included, but you can find some place just outside to eat for few pesos.
on Saturday very noisy disco in neighborhood.
It is very basic. There is nothing pleasant about being in the room. It just provides you with a bed to sleep in at night, and the bed is uncomfortable.
The bathroom is a whole other ball game. The smell from the bathroom was so bad it was rendered unusable. Admittedly, the smell would come and go, it wasn't always there. But when it was it was really bad. Clearly there is a problem with the sewage. If I had been staying for more than one night I would have asked to change rooms.
No toilet seat, unsatisfying water pressure, stingy attitude of staff, hair on sheets and in bathroom.
Would not stay here again!!they claimed to have internet but it worked
for one minute then didn't work again if and when it does only in
lobby. No one seemed to speak English. Otherwise they could have
explained to a very stressed out patron that there was an internet store
one block down and was like 5 pesos to gain access. If I ever go to this
town again I would not stay here. There are lots and lots of other
places at least 10 similar places on the same street.
