The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The bedroom was a bit small with a hard bed, but had a very large bathroom with tub. It was in a good location, and fairly central. We were able to walk to many other parts of town and destinations.

Firstly, the hotel's location is great: all of the lovely restaurants, coffee shops, and bars of Condesa and Roma are within walking distance. The Hotel itself is great, both rooms and public places, everyone already wrote about the mosaic glass roof above lobby area. And of course the old lift which unfortunately you can use only once you arrive to hotel.
Guest relations service is good - I contacted them before my arrival to book some extra services and they really did their best to help me.
