-the wifi-internet system is too low.
1st floor cant get the connection, must come out from room & go downstairs to get the connection
-no water filter at every floor(hot & cold water).
very noisy room eventhough door and windows were shut. Not up to par front office service, troublesome for family as there is no kettle in d room, need to go downstairs lobby middle of the night to get hot water to make milk for baby. need to pay while check in despite of poor facilities, ambience and service to know later.
