The location is very easy to find and value for money. Many choice food for breakfast. The design is nice. It's near the ktm and a hospital. Location easy excess to highways and. Gud environment. The food is good and the swimming pool is ok. Would be better if provide towels. Near mosque,provide sejadah,have surau,good interior design.

Except the swimming pool wrong area and too small for adults lol!. lobby should be near to the lift, not at the ballroom. Telephone line not connected. Have to go to the reception counter which is quite far to request for iron. the carpet feel not clean and wet. internal fittings such as bathroom doors, electrical devices are not properly maintained and can cause electrical hazards. The room not properly clean and have sone leaking at the toilet. room is dirty,blood on pillow,tv channel and the toilet is so so. cleanliness tv area,no astro. Facilities such as cabinet is too old. The carpet smelly. Choice of food for breakfast are less if compare to last year. Not impressive. Base on Malaysian hotel standard, the room is too small. Dirty, old fashioned... It's cheap, but it should be even cheaper for what they offer in terms of comfort. The carpet was full of hairs.. Disgusting. Limited selection of breakfast meals. No hot water. The decoration was old and run down and is in need of a new face lift. No wifi in rooms. Bfast.. I paid for extra pax but not worth it. Food tasteless and less choices, in fact the porridge that my son took also taste like not porridge..more like water...too liquid. Ordered half boiled eggs but what I got it almost boiled egg. Twice!!!! Toilet... Cracked and waterpipe leaked. Room smells and many defected items. Seriously need to rejuvenate the room and wardrobe. No wifi Room not comfortable TV set had problem, going to spoil very soon. Room not clean enough. lobby anf lift to the room are too far away. Very fast closing of elevator door-easy to get trapped if not careful or not fast enough, dangerous to children No buffet for lunch and dinner. Not worth for money, loussy room,loussy food. This is my first and last stay here. The price is expensive compare to the room condition we get. Air corn was not adjustable, tv channel limited to 1 channel, found left over finger nails on carpets, rusty stain behind door, there is a hole at the card holder, room with uncomfortable smell and the receptionist is not friendly and help full at all.
