The staff were so friendly. They went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay and nothing was too much trouble. This is a fantastic hotel - clean, comfortable and a great restaraunt. The hotel organised for us to go to the proboscis monkey and orangutan sanctuaries, and also a river cruise. It is about 5km out of town so you do need taxis to get in and out, but it really was a lovely place to stay.
kaikki arvostelut » Nice new hotel outside the town. Since i find the town of Sandakan totally run down and a place not to be, livong outside of town was no prob. Manage to grab a cab to Sepilok thanks to the staff in the lobby for just 15 R Me and my girlfriend was the only ones livong at the hotel so it was quiet odd. Had 3 members of the staff helping us to get the landury machine working! Nice resturant!. Very clean.Nice accomodation and furniture. All staff very helpful and pleasant. A bit out of town but bus stop at entrance makes it very easy to go if you wish. Food very good and lovely desserts available. Nice pool which at the moment is emptied regularly and cleaned. Good laundry facilities. The service was great the team went out of their way to help with everything. The hotel was clean and fresh. nice hotel currently undergoing some renovation, large rooms, breakfast included but not a lot of choice. -The connection room -Swimming pool -Friendly staff -Location & guess parking -Food -Large room. I love the self-service laundry room :) and the breakfasts was satisfying!. Friendly staff, clean room/facilities. The price was good. Walking distance to the evening filipino market. The Hotel location is very good and peaceful. The environment is peaceful and quite. Ambience good. Pool very good. Kids swimming pool facility. Spacious Room. Location. Friendly staff. New rooms so everything worked. Cold aircon. Reasonable price for the room with an enjoyable breakfast means this hotel is good value for money. Most staff were very friendly Rooms were clean and comfortable It has an outdoor swimming pool! Both a cafe and restaurant on-site, and food was good. It's clean & comfortable. Transport available at door step. Lighting is good. nature reserve and orang u tang sanctuary, war memorial,. Very clean, staff very friendly and efficient. Friendliness of staff. -. For some reason the excellent food is not kept hot as the burners below containers are not lit. If you don't go early enough everything is cold which is a great shame as the food would be even more enjoyable. Slightly too far out of thr town to walk but we were able to get the bus and taxi into town easily. a bit far from town (need a taxi), the pool was not useable at the time we were there. -No playground for kids... my kids keep asking me for it huhu. Maybe a little bit to far from the city center, had to take a taxi. all ok. The room too bright as no blinds or curtain for the glasses beside and on top of the door. And hair dryer is out of stock when i requested for it. No children playground/features like what describe on the website. Breakfast, Transport to City. A bit tired but comfortable. A fair way from town. Public buses run frequently during the day and are much cheaper for a couple than taxis. Unhappy that the pool was emptied during our stay. No window in the room. The hotel is further out of the way than I expected, and not all cab drivers knew where it was. Wifi didn't extend to my room so I had to go to the lobby to use it. Not all advertised areas open (E.g shop was closed throughout my stay). For a new build hotel, there are deficiencies. The finishes are poor, and there is little attention to detail. It is however, a good room for the price. The breakfast is incredibly poor !. poverty areas. The location is not good, far from the city centre. There wasn't hot water in the shower. Training venue for students so guests sometimes suffered from lack of experience.Noise from placing families with crying babies in adjoining rooms with shared doors, karaoke outside room for student graduation, slow inexperienced staff for meals.
