I booked for a 3-night stay at the superior room, looking at the existing photos thinking it might be a bit run down. I cant express how great the stay at the Pacific Regency was, I found the staff very friendly and accommodating always willing to help and assist, the Hotel was immaculate, great food, awesome breakfast, rooms had a kitchenette which was great also a large fridge (very rare to find full size fridge) I have 3 children under 3 1/2 Years old and had heaps of room to play in the room which also included a extra bed and cot. I will definitely stay again with the family infact organizing another trip

We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the comforts offered. The breakfast buffet was more like a mid-day meal there was so much choice. The staff in Sheraton is just amazing, a front desk agent who remembers your name upon arrival (I visit the hotel last in July 2013) and they treat you as a human and you can feel it’s a sincere and honest way, rather than the “I have to do” attitude because "I am told to do".

I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport.
