We liked everything about this hotel and Langkawi! They let us check in early which was very good after spending the previous night in KLIA airport. The staff were friendly and helped book tours and the transfers. The beach is 15 minutes walking from the hotel, but is very nice since this is the private beach of Berjaya resort. Some would say that the location is not good, but if you have a ferry booked, that it might be a good choice, it is 20 minute walk from the ferry station, and 7 minutes from the busy streets of the town.
It was very clean, the staff helped us when needed. Our pick-up was late and they called the guy what's happening.
There was 0.6l water provided when arrived, and tea/coffee.
The aircontition was good.
