  I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family.   The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping malls, parks, chocolate/tea/coffee factories, historical places and landmarks. If I were to go to Malaysia and stay in KL again, I would definitely book at Hotel Imperial. Two- - Location is superb, close to Bukit Bintang Monorail. All daily needs can be found around this hotel. Shopping malls, fast food, cafe, groceries store, food massage can be reached 5 minutes by walk. Highly recommended.
