  I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family.   Iman, who greeted me upon my evening check-in was an absolute gem throughout my stay - very knowledgeable about traveling in all of Asia, and willing to take time to talk. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The (single) room was comfortable enough, though I had initial shock at the shoebox size. But from everything I heard, this guesthouse is really - Very nice place! Self service at the kitchen, what's great! Very comfortable shared space what makes it easy to get to know other travelers or just chilling out with your feet up on one of the couches. Big screen Mac for everybody to use. Very helpful and humorous staff.

  the location is strategic and near to the shopping complex.like to be here again next time - It is well located, easy walking distance to many sights in the city - seems to be quite safe, the door is closed at night - not everywhere common in malaysia, was silent enough to sleep, good when you are backpacker, for 1-2 nights.

  I needed the location, and it was the only decent hotel around that location. It is relatively clean and with the basic facilities as well. I will be back in this hotel because I need the location. - Good shower system, adequate facilities.
