The staff was very helpfull and friendly! It was chinese new year and was almost impossible to get a bus to go to other destinations but the guy at reception went out of his way and got that his friend to purchase bus tickets for us without asking anything back!!! The hotel is fully renewed and clean! No carpets! Toilet fully renewed as well! Very cheap! I will suggest this hotel to anyone!.
kaikki arvostelut » Actually, this is my 2nd time stayed at this hotel. On 7th oct. I went to melaka with my lil brother. And I forgot to bring my charger for sure.. Unbelieveable. They saved my things good. Charger and my body butter also.. Haaaaahaaaaaa. The staff very friendly served. I recomended this hotel for my relatives. I will come back to melaka and will stay this hotel again... i like the fact that the hotel was situated at the right place to have a walk around the river side.. though it is quite a distance to the joker walk... a nice chinese restaurant right behind nd another at th corner of the street... they were easy access to most of the shops you need... The staffs are really friendly. When we checked in, they told us interest places, food, etc. around the hotel and even printed a map for us. Facilities are convenient to use and they look a little bit old. Location is excellent. The staff is really helpful and we had a really warming welcoming and good bye. Moroever, the staff gave us really nice tips about Malacca (restaurant, facilities and transport). great value for your money, huge rooms, clean (but our room was not cleaned during our stay of 2 nights) and good bathroom. Very nice and helpful staff. Decent position. Wifi not working, but allowed to use computer in the lobby. In the city is full of wifi bars!. the only problem with aldy thoo is th long walk with the stairs... no lift... nd in the room they had no astro.. me nd my gf had nothing to watch for 2 days as we left our laptops home... No lift. not very characteristic, for the same price you can find home-stays and heritage hostels. But if you want to go for an economic hotel, Aldy Thoo is perfect. Hotel lacks visibility due to poor signage at eye level, no lift (burden for seniors), no hotel-owned car park, limited TV channels, no shaving kit. the tv channel have no choice. aircond remote shud not be attached to the wall tv remote also not functioning. others are ok. No parking lot provided, no lift. Not suitable for senior citizen. no parking lots, room face road side a bit noisy. No elevators, the water dispenser was placed only on the 2nd floor. no lift. no car parking..... wifi is weak! and just dont feel right to stay there...dont know why just feelings. the heater is not hot at night. Our room was not really clean The Internet did not work (at all) and they didn't do anything to fix it. no easy to find car park for those drive. and one week 7 days need parking coupon.
