Nice interior/exterior, comfort and reasonable rate. Sea food restaurant adjacent to the hotel. easy to access, logistic advantage. Up grade some more... Boleh la.

Combination of ceiling fan and air-conditioning in the room gave us choices on how to wind and cool the room. the seaview apartment is nice marina waterpark is nearby and my kids really had fun walking distance to local beach seafood for dinner- food was okay but nice view and affordable price. i love the scenery from my 9th floor balcony..Lots can be done in town such as massaging,shopping and having scrumptious cuisine..at the food outlets in Teluk Batik. I like the facilities and the staff is good. They response immediately when u call for assistance. near by water theme park. as we go with the young kids they like to enjoy at the water theme park. I like the location and enviroment..quiet and peaceful.. i like enviroment of the hotel,and location. - The view - The room and hall is large. facilities for chidren. quite place to stay. The room was clean. Swimming pool. The apartment that we stayed was big and comfortably accommodate 7 persons. The hotel is definitely value for money. Kids enjoy the swimming pool. There was a seafood restaurant next door that served great, cheap food. Room was big. theme park room facing the theme park nice view. Location is near to the beach and town. Marina water park for the family. Location near to Teluk Batik. Apartment with 3 room. Nothing Special. Spacious. + the view through the window + morning newspaper + silence. Only the location is good. We like the sea view only. Spaces Room for family. location. Nothing. Nothing. Breakfast not so many choice. Nothing. Lift wet floor due to no towel provided to those who using the swimming pool. gym facilities need to revamp. tidak disediakan peralatan memasak.. breakfast buffet need to upgrade. The sink drainage leaked. Water dropped onto floor. the hotel breakfast is bad- not worth the money. some of the room facilities such as the lightings,the toilet,the door curtain need to revamp.I fully suggest that the management should look into these matters..plus the bad view of the sewage pond on the other side of the hotel.It need to be covered . The cleanliness. When we first arrived, there were rubbish and laundry bags along the corridor. The toilet cover from the main room were broken. as a guest we still have to pay for the water theme park. it was not mentioned by that time we booked the room that the theme park are not free.Front door knob also spoil. Very noisy. Guestroom interior should be upgraded... breakfast not good. - No aircond in the living room - The food is the same (bfast) during my 2 days stay - Better if there is no carpet in the living room. room not standize base on checklist provided. need confirmation from staff. the fridge is not cold. The bathroom heater was not in order, The water park is expensive and not worth for money-dirty. Reception staff attitude need to change, Batthroom facilities need to change. to many people during breakfast. lift are wet. The theme park not so clean. Not much facilities in Water Park even it need to pay for entrace fee. It should build more facilities to provide more fun for children and adult. The towels provided were in horrific condition. It is just like a real budget hotel towels which were old and not fluffy at all. The air-con in the main room did not blow cool air instead just hot air. Food selection for breakfast was limited. Mostly everything - indifferent front desk staff, dirty sheets, torn towels, lots of noise from the hallway and common areas, no parking spaces, wifi didn't work, uncomfortable beds... It's more like a 2-star hotel than a 3-star. Ran down facilities, poor housekepping, dirty room. The price is the same booking by other site such as letsbookhotel.com housekeeping is poor. room dusty and should check daily even the room does not occupied for more than one day. Fly everywhere. Dirty bathroom. Poor bed and pillow. Overall facilities is not well maintaine still hv ample time to improve all services. The bed sheet was torn. Furthermore, the cleaning staff entered into the room without prior permission for cleaning. Which is really dangerous if some one goes out leaving his valuables in the room. So, in short room is NOT safe. Fitness facility is a joke Bad breakfast choice. Same breakfast menu for 2 days Wifi coverage and data cellular signal is very poor. Water hiter can't adjustable Waterpark not maintenance well n dangerous for children. price is not as in booking,com. feel been cheated. breakfast weak....taste very bad. The bed and sofa are old and should be replaced. Some staff is so strict...Should consider, especially in terms of breakfast. Do not be too stingly...please extra for 2-3 people who what to test the food.... Spider on the bed, rubbish and food stuff under the bed. No carpet. Sink blocked. Toilet dirty. No value for money. Stay 2 night but cancel 1 night due to dirty. - too far from the port and city - no foreign visitors - breakfast was disgusting - bedding was dirty - nothing particular to do around - not all the stuff speaks English. The assistant manager is not friendly. The room are not hygienic at all, there is a lot of cockroaches around the whole room. We saw lizard inside the fridge and smell stings when we staying there.There was few cockroaches on the bed, Very Very poor maintenance of the rooms. Overall not worth at all for staying in such apartment for that price. Really regret to book at this place. Wont recommended to anyone to stay in this place any more.Very poor services too. The price is not worthed for this simple apartment and poor furniture Living hall no aircond and there is no wind come in bcoz there is no window at the kitchen The water park is not functioning it is so dirty In house swimming pool is too small. Not clean, everything is dusty and we need to clean the table and toilet ourselves. Despite, all mattress is full of smell and not comfort to sleep. television system too bad....aircond breakdown.Waterpark to dirty... - very old furniture - cockroaches in the room and on the sofa in the living room - not clean at all and not hygenic - the receiption staff said they dont help with the luggage to and from the room... So, after 4 hrs drive from KL and although i had 2 kids to handle i had to use the luggage trolley myself. Everything in a bad condition especially the room and housekeeping service. the location, the price and the facility. Inadequate parking, massive traffic jam in front of hotel esp during peak seasons, breakfast was not appetising. Facilities is so bad. Not worth the money at all. For that price, u can get better hotel at that area. Very bad condition & run down hotel room. No maintenance & dirty. Many things in the room are broken. The staff was rude.
