We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

The space of the room was fantastic and the small kitchen was impressive.

I went to E & O residence with my family on 8th august 2013. The place is very nice, clean and beautiful. There is everything that a family of 4 adults need. The rooms, toilets, living room and kitchen are well maintained. Kitchen comes with all utensils like knife, pans, spoons and etc. You can even cook a meal or bake a cake for your family to enjoy.
Security very good. Be it parking your car or the lift going up the condo
The breakfast is quite limited but the taste is good.

Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Really nice hotel. The room was big with large windows. The view was okay not bad but okay.
The location is perfect, about 10-15 min walk to the twin tower. There is a subway station just 2 min from the hotel, so you don't need to spend your money for taxis or being stuck in the traffic.
The breakfast buffet was good as well, many choices.

I had an early check out and they pre-packed a breakfast pack for me to take to the airport.
