Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Rooms are luxury comfortable, beautifully furnished. Wide choice of food in the hotel and in the nearby Pavilion Mall. Concierge helped us with booking for day tours to Elephant San

The hotel was excellent and they followed through with the free upgrade to a delux room as promised through my booking. I had an early check out and they pre-packed a breakfast pack for me to take to the airport. The staff were nice and friendly. They made the effort to make my one night stay comfortable. They arranged a plastic chair for showering purposes as I am an amputee. The room had plenty of space for the use of a wheel chair. The hotel was close to the Pavilion Mall which was Ideal for me.

I loved the hotel and their staff were very friendly and helpful .. even
the securitys were friendly and helped us with the taxi .. we booked one
bedroom suit and it was clean and well equipped kitchenette .. I loved
the bathroom it felt like home.. The a/c was perfect so when u
return to ur suit u well forget about the humidity outside, the
breakfast was delicious and healthy but needed more variety and more
vegetables ( tomatos, cucumbers, olives, lettuce, carrots) ect.. :) the
wifi is good b
