  Nice place to stay while in Kuala Lumpur since it is accessible to everything we need while on vacation. What I commend most in Hotel Genesis is the honesty of the staff.   I like the location of the hotel. It is just +-600 meters from Berjaya times Square (bts) Shopping Mall. The taxi fair from bts to the hotel is less than rm4.00. The hotel also next to Furama Hotel and Orkid Hotel. The taxi driver do not know the exact location of the hotel since it is a new hotel there. If you want to use monorail...the nearest stat - The staff were extremely friendly and were always very ready to attend to all their guests' needs. Though they were lacking in certain aspects of service, it was enough to meet our basic needs. Furthermore, the hotel provides free shuttle service to Imbi Station or KL Central, which proves convenient for our departure transfer. However, you will need to book it way ahead the day of use as it is always pretty fully booked. The triple room we got was extremely spacious too.

  Location was perfect for food, bars and generally getting around. It pays to walk around the area as the traffic is a bit hectic at nighttime. The hotel furnishings are dated but can be considered as Retro. A fresh coat of paint would give it life. All in all the staff where great, all smiles and very helpful. Friendly staff and especially one called Robert bell boy/driver was very helpful. Good swimming pool including for kids. Good view of the city skyscrapers from the rooms. Value for money and very spacious.
