The rooms at Hotel Ceria are fully air conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and ironing facilities. They are beautifully decorated and fitted with comfortable beds. For meals, enjoy local specialities a 15-minute walk at Jalan Alor. Guests can also dine at Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall located a 10-minute walk away.

The location is really convenient. What i like the most is their free water dispenser(hot and cold) found near the stairway of each floor. There's no need for you to buy your own water from 7-eleven or any convenience store. I also love the wifi connection- it was so fast! Lastly, the bathroom!( my favorite place) clean and well ventilated. The hotel is clean and it is near to the shopping malls in KL. The General Manager and the staffs are very friendly and are ever ready to assist you in whatever possible way they can. The best part..it's cozy!!!!.

Mostly I like the location.Staff is friendly. Value for money. Wifi is strong. It is close to berjaya Times Square, easy to get around to places. Clean, simple and nice budget hotel with family room in the city. The design of room is very nice... It is close to shopping mall. only 5 mins walk to MRT station. Very safe location for ladies. Design of the room. Designed Business Inn. Good location which is closed to a main shopping mall in Bukit Bintang. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is central. Room was clean. design, location. There is nothing in this hotel to be liked. none. limited electric sockets/outlets. But i guess what you can do is just bring an extension wire so you can plug as much as you need.:). Not wheelchair friendly. Costruction works at the roadside. It doesn't provide car park and public car parks are also very dangerous. The noise of environment even in midnight. Shower is not good enough but it is acceptable. Cuz no window in my room, so if just come back to the room in such hot summer time, aircon is slow, so it is terrible. No lift could be used when I stayed for 3 nights though it just has 2 floor, but it is not convenience when you carry some baggages in there. There was a sewage smell in the toilet which permeated the whole room if I didnt close the bathroom door. noisy. The window curtain is unsafe and could lower the privacy especially at night. The price is of higher side if compared with budget hotels nearby. Also, the price does not include breakfast. the air con is noisy . Hotel is two story building without elevators. You need to pick your own stuff and go to first , second floor of the hotel . Hotel was full of young people and lots of noise all night. Hard to have taxi from hotel gate. Away from KLCC. Slow Wifi. room is too small, the surronding area was to noisy, no lift, no roomboy, no tea. The area was not in Bukit Bintang. And the hotel itself is not ready (under construction).
