Rooms are spacious nice working shower decent tv with some English channels. Staff here are great especially the main lady you deal with. Offered lots of help with information about krabi and anything else we needed. Including ideas for the next part of our travels. Map and contact number was supplied for any other help we may need when out and about. We are heading to Wes Coast Islands next and was given a recommendation for a little known island that sounds great transport was also available .

I feel sorry for return room & check out late at 1:45pm but surprisingly & thankfully they never questioned us but just showed us a smiley face as though they can understand how crazy we want to do last minute shopping. More touching our heart is when we were sent to jetty by a bigger car (Nissan Grand Livina) although we only rented a Suzuki Alto. Tha. A nice and quiet place. All the staff are so helpful. We checked in earlier (at 11.00 a.m) cause the room is ready for us without any extra charges. They even booked the island hopping & the car for us. They prepare someone to fetch us for island hopping & to the jetty on our last day here. Tq so much!. The owner of the hotel who is one of the main staff (only 2 staff there) is very efficient and helpful. The motel is very simple but it is so near to Kuah Jetty and Kuah Town. It also provides free shuttle to airport!. The location of this motel is very strategic, as it is located less than 5 minutes from the Jetty Point, Kuah. Budget-friendly if you want to have a vacation in Langkawi but with budget limitation. The location is very suitable. Easy to find food and the most important shopping day and nite. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our trip. Near to the Jetty. Staff very friendly and provide additional services eg pick from jetty, and sending back. Worth the ringgit. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Hotel is inexpensive and great for a short stay. Car rental is RM80/day. -The facilities in the room quite good. -The staff is kind and very helpful expecially regarding our reservation. The motel is decent for those who wanna stay in a budget hotel. The room, location and furniture are all okay. Katil ok la muat utk ank2 rmi! aircond pn ok!. the friendliness and helpness of the owner. Price. Was cheap. None. Nothing. We've stayed in over 40 places in the last few months. Value for money and customer service was the best here. Shower heater not function well to provide hot water but it was not a big deal to us since the weather was really hot during our stay. The toilet bowl also not function well where I have to remove its cover in order to press the button & flush properly. Anyway, it is acceptable to us for paying RM100/day for 2x king beds for oir family. Quite far from the food place. Sometimes the internet access is too slow. The motel's management should raise up a bigger signage to let outsiders know about the location of the motel. I went searching for the motel via the help of the gps, which I think it is inconvenient especially for the old folks to find the location of the motel. The signboard is small, make it bigger to make it easy to find. The sign of hotel advertisement, it is very little, hard to see and to find. We were really unhappy with car we rented(Wira auto) cuz it ws quite expensive but old car and no petrol at all. Should provide more toiletries, not only 2piece of tiny soap fr the whole family fr 3days. We requested still. No person in charge at the office at night. I mean we need u sometimes! Pls keep any worker there. And keep some maps in car if u can. Location is not the best but the staff will drive you into Kuah whenever you need to go to town. -The cleanliness. There are cockroaches. -Parking is not suitable because there are many trees, it's not safe for our car. The cleanliness can be improved, as well as the smell of the room. yg x suka sbb siaran tv x brp ok!. Mosquitos and hornet. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned and the toilet seat was broken. There were lots of mosquitoes. Blocked toilet bowl...very troublesome. it was dirty and there were a lot of ants and bugs.
