Well located hotel within walking distance of the main sights in KB. Friendly staff, very clean room with efficient and quiet aircon. Excellent breakfasts on a lovely outdoor terrace on floor 7, giving nice views over the city and the river. Excellent value for money. Breakfast was nice and they have a very good coffee machine! Room was quite spacious although we were given one at the front of the hotel so it was a bit noisy. Furnishings are very basic, but the hotel is clean and the bathroom was good too.

The hotel is offering the Non Smoking Floor. It's very good for those who don like the smell of cigarette smoke. The room was clean. The roof top garden offered the city view. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent-plenty of choice. Overall a very pleasant and inexpensive stay!. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant as we're the other staff. The hotel is comfortable and centrally located. Helpfulness of staff. We had a sick child and bedsheets needed changing in the middle of the night, which was not a problem at all. Large modern room with many facilities having an iron and ironing board was great and very good buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful. The price offered through letsbookhotel.com are great. (completed at 6pm on my Second day stay). Still ise old but working aircon. Window need double curtains.. nothing. The beds are a bit hard and not so comfortable to sleep on. The rooms are not so clean as I would expect. Standard double room is quite small. My room did not get sunlight because of the room location. All i can see is a stairs. The hotel is under staff. Room was not clean when we arrived. The hotel has to give what they call an upgrade room because We complaint. Lift or elevator not in operation still not repair. Carpet was too ola and smelly. Room was small based on price paid. Much external noise (traffic) and internal noise from corridor/lift area. Buffet Breakfast ok but some hot food was cold. There was no plug for the sink and the TV was broken. the std room has no fan. feel so stuffy as air is not circulating and the room is small. Television is station at the unsuitable position. nothing to complain about. Too simple. No Chinese worker. Bathroom too small. Breakfast is awful !! And the rooms are very small unlike the pics u see of hotel. rooms were not very clean and stinky, and very very small food for breakfast was bad. Rooms were tiny and tired. Bathroom was more a closet than a room and when showering everything got soaked. small room like a cell, to small and uncomfortable bathroom. The facilities are far from a 4-star hotel. The room is too small even to put my baggage. And the aisle is narrow and dark. I went for the cheapest room, the room was extremely small, old and not clean - with basically no windows and a super-noisy air conditioner. Very little room, weak aircondition, needs a refreshment asap. parking bay for hotel guest is not enough. only a few is provided. very bad room, nosiy at night/early morning. although we booked earlyand asked for the expensive room, the room offered to us has window facing staircase (no window).
