Centrally located, Heritage building.
The facility is very nice including rooms, common bath and other common area. Staff too is very nice.

The breakfast was great compared to some other guesthouses where guests
were only given bread with butter and jam..here, we had a spread of
noodles, chicken curry, fruits, buns..and unlimited coffee and tea whole
day! It is also within walking distance to most Georgetown attractions.
The hotel is located near to many cafes and pubs.even though it is located at the end of love lane, it is still within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes.the guy at the reception is really friendly.
Helpful staff, many free offerings: breakfast, water, coffee. Pool table, definitely worth the money. The only highlight of my visa run!.

The air-cond wasn't operating properly. The air-cond was set at 19
degrees, but felt like 29 degrees!! We were given an alternative room,
but that room's air-cond was in the same condition! So, we stayed
back at our room because it was well-lit..
You get what you pay for.if you are a light sleeper, don stay here.the wall there is not sound proof at all.the worst thing is you could hear the footsteps of people staying upstairs. I got a personal room and the lighting in the room is really bad.i did my work on the bed as the light is on top of the bed only.
