  We booked Superior room and requested for connecting rooms but due to non availabity, the hotel staff upgraded our room without additional charge. It's close proximity to shopping, eatery and airport. My kids love the pool and bicycle which is available to guests. Almost all the time we stayed here, we got a room upgrade. It has the main rail station at the door..convenient to go to a lot of places!! A very good price for the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals.   We stayed at the hotel apartment on 33rd floor. Lovely room, good aircon, nice toilet. The 10 feet pool and the spa pool are a delight.the mall under the hotel is undergoing reno, so they have complimentary coffee , juice etc at the pool. And great discount off room service. Monkey bar is nice.but the best part was checkin. They gave me an earl - The two bedroom units were great for families and having a refrigerator in the room is a plus. The staff is friendly and when an issue needed attention the management took care of it right away and made sure we were happy afterwards.
