Staff friendly, room and bathroom comfortable and pleasantly appointed. Air conditioning was bliss during the really hot days and nights. Breakfast was good, meals at the restaurant excellent. My room was a bit small, but quiet as I had asked for, and comfortable. Parking on site free of charge. Very good restaurant.

It was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly, i loved it. Quiet, very clean, comfortable, centre of city. Location very classy. the location. very nice pool to relax. Great Location next to the Shopping and cafe street of Bitola. Cleanliness and condition of the room and its facilities. New and well maintained. location. location. Worst hotel ever !. Internet access was intermittent. i liked everything about it. The pool could be opened for longer periods...especially mornings. Lift was only from 1st floor had to carry luggage up many stairs. the maintnence. Price is too high. Very long staircase to first floor, lift not available on ground floor. I checked out at 8:30am and the front desk staff said I had to wait for a colleague for 10 minutes. I had to catch bus to Ohrid so couldn't wait. In the end I had to pay cash without getting a receipt as staff didn't know what to do ( had to call colleague on the phone) and I couldn't wait! Please train ALL your staff on check out procedures!. awful service expensive restaurant without quality and poor service staff annoying. I booket the suite and got charged suite, but I stayed in small single room. Stuff, the pictures of the rooms are 10 years old.. the rooms are so poor specialy the bed and the toilet.
