The location is perfect, the staff is good especially Mazen & a girl I didn't know her name & Ziad & Ahmad they're nice people really & helpful & smiling Rooms are clean & internet service is free, this hotel is really good. The staff was really nice, especially the room makers. he location is very good next to Hamra street and walk-able to corniche and Pigeon Rock. The complete staff is well behaved and respectful. Overall very good.

I recommend this hotel. This fairly modern hotel is situated in a calm street in easy walking distance to bubbling Hamra street activities. Staff are very kind and helpful... Hotel staff are so nice + you it's really gozy place..make you feel like home. The personsl there was amazing, the receptionists till the general manager. The hotel is centrally located out of the street noise. The reception area. nothing. When I stayed in the eleventh floor the water was not clear I think coz it is close to the container, but when I moved to eighth floor the water was normal. The room painting is a little odd with very dark colors. There was a problem on the fist day with some smell coming from the kitchen sink, which they repaired pretty quickly. Nothing specific. all ok. The room I was in was missing batteries in the remote, only two towels and no floor towels, The refiling for the mini bar was a bit intrusive and probably can be done with a simple phone call instead of checking everyday. The breakfast was bit poor. Probably cos we srrived at 10:45 but we were on time to breakfast. There is no mosquito net and lots of mosquito. It dose not depend on this hotel but staying in any other place with the same facilities can be more shipper than staying in lebanon. Toilet in the shower. no information /document was handed over during check out to get exemption of payment on Vat . This should be done as must for all tourist visitors to appreciate their value of money. N/A. When I booked, I said I want room with one large bed, but the room had two small bed. Also, one of two AC not working good. the cover wall not usful enough, the sun in the morning light the room. The bathroom had a very bad strong odor. Staff was not very helpful. The beds, cleanliness of linen, the cleanliness of the towels, the kitchen had no hot water, the standard of kitchen area and plates and cups, there where no cups to drink water out of. The door to balcany in smaller room was broken and would not close. It was noisey, wiyh banging and jacker hammers starting at 9am some where in the building. The staff at breakfast in restaurant where rude, and bowls where chipped. it iss only A two stars hotel -dirty - old-very expensive-bad reception I don'T recommended it. Whole hotel is very noisy all over the day from 8am to 6pm They were doing repairment on some floors in many rooms; pulling down the walls and by using drilling machine.
