- The location - the friendly treat by the roof top resturant staff - courtesy touch and professionalism demonstrated by Mr Hasan from front desk staff and Mr Nabeel, the duty manager. it was my second time stay in the hotel and really I like it and engoying the stay. my experaince with this hotel is from long time and I wll stay in it in future whenever suiatable. staff were friendly, value for money, room service food was excellent. Local prawns grilled. Beds were comfy and in easiy accessible location.

Shopping very near. i like the location also the staaf were nice. Its approximity to marina mall. Location close to marina mall. location and friendly staff. Location is great. vary good. Staff Location Roof top pool. breakfast was good, location,. - Room service hours is limited - better to relocate rent car agent away from the lobby . the agent is very noisy and his voice pitvh is so disturbing. in break fast buffet there is no varity of secrion. price littel high but the location is one of the best. A bit expensive. In the suite there are 2 bedroom, one is excellent size but the other was too small to be consider as room !!. none. Small dining room. Breakfast is very poor. need to be imporved in variety and space. Price. The noise from the road. They don't have 24 room services. they tied up with a Taxi driver that he keep on doubling the price on each trip. I asked them to ask arrange different Taxi which they did not. Since I was on business trip the company paid for the room. but they ask me to pay an extra amount for the services charges which never been highlighted to the company. Over price Breakfast could be better than that Too much sunlight in the breakfast hall so you need the sunglasses. الأسعار مبالغ فيها يمكن للإفطار ان يكون اكثر تنوعا إضاءة الشمس في صالة تناول الإفطار مزعجه جداً تحتاج الى نظارة شمسية. *The toilet wasn't clean & no soap,shampoo were provided daily ! **Rooms were noisy & all sound from street were in the room ***Bed sheets & towels were not changed and were old & torn ! ****Cleaning staff were taking things from their place & throw them in the garbage ex. Contact lenses box, Pajama ! *****Very Small Rooms & Bed Size !. Rommel serive is not 24 hours as advertised. Only runs from 11am to 10:30pm. There is no Italian restuant as advertised. There is no massage service as advertised. Cheap laminate flooring. TV is very limited unless you speak Arabic. Fruit was not replenished nor mini bar. AC did not work too well. اتجاه القبله غير موجود, i don't recommend the hotel to anyone looking for luxury or comfort bed.
