Staff spoke English so all was stellar. - This hotel is a good deal price vs. quality in an overall expensive city like Seoul. The Yaksam metro station is 7 min walk and Gangnam alone is worth visiting. The room is very cool, with modern design and every single thing you might need for your stay, from shower gel to creams that I did not even know what they're for. Add to this clean and comfortable and you've got the perfect hotel in Seoul.

  Our check-in at the front desk took less than a minute as the staffs were well prepared. The front desk responded to our request of baby crib with super efficiency even at late 10pm! Our whole family including my young kids of 7, 4.5 and 2 years old simply love this hotel. Though breakfast was not included but for usd - Very close to the Metro line and shopping centres. Hotel staff were very efficient and attentive. I booked a family room for myself and my two daughters and we were all very pleased with the space, comfort and design of the room. Aveda toiletries were very much appreciated, towels etc were changed every day. some other reviewers have mentioned the alley you have to go through to get to the hotel but it is occupied by local trades families who I found to be very friendly if you bother to speak

  The location was great and the staff were really \friendly. The bed was comfortable although their were only two pillows and we like two each they quickly organised two more for us. The staff spoke english and were very helpful with everything we needed help with. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard.   Dongdaemun Inn is the best guesthouse I have stayed at throughout my entire Asia grad trip. The service from John (the manager) and his staff (Dahee and Yayun) was simply amazing. They were really friendly and willing to give recommendations and advice whenever we asked for it. Everyone spoke near-perfect English in the guesthouse. Loc - Staff was wonderful, very helpful and spoke English. The manager John personally helped us find a place to eat upon our first night arriving. Inn was very easy to find and very close to station. Family Mart and foreign card friendly ATM within 50ft of inn.   The staff we're really friendly. They helped us with everything and spoke enough English to help us with our needs. The washroom did clog up, but the cleaning lady came in about 15 minutes to fix it. The beds were comfort and big enough. We were traveling with 4 adults and we got the family room.
