This is a nice and cosy hostel in a charming district where you can easily find a nice bar, restaurant or cafe, both korean and European cuisine. There are several 7eleven shops nearby. The hostel is very clean and staying there was very comfortable for us, we stayed for 4 days. The best thing about his place is definetely the host Leo, who is really sweet and helpful. Once during our stand he invited all the guests to the roof to have beer and a chat- it was amazing experience! Truly the best . kaikki arvostelut »
The magnificent location which is close to the heart of the city, Leo,
the young entrepreneur, who runs the place treats each and every guest
as a unique individual, and its charming local neighborhood. From the
Incheon International Airport, take the airport subway line alight at
Gongdeuk subway station, follow the signs going to exit no. 4, from that
exit just walk straight and take a right turn on Woori Bank, take the
second left after the convenience store, and from there you will see the
C.
Leo is a great host, he is just starting in the business. He took all the experience he had travelling to make his dream hostel and it is really good. The hostel is clean, near by the subway, if you need it Leo can provide you shampoo, hair dryer. Their also a time limit for breakfast but if you wake up later, Leo will still offer it to you. So really don't hesitate to visit him, he is doing his best, it's working, it's starting and it's much better than those big hostel chains...
Location is easy to find.
Breakfast has many choices can be chosen.milk, juice. soymilk. kinds of bread. butter, jam, peanut butter, etc.
The most important thing I must mention is that the host, Leo, is an extremely nice person. really helpful. He gave us so much useful and interesting information.
I'd like to stay here when next visit.
CEO Leo is a very warm and nice person, he can speak Chinese and English, if the tourist needs his help, he always provide the kind service as you want. The self-help breakfast is also good, I hope I could be there in the near future.
The people are very warm/nice. I highly recommend for back packers. It would really make you closer and reminds you of the old days staying in dorms.
Very friendly owner, always ready to help. Clean rooms, and beds plus showers. Excellent service provided. Great location. Value for money.
The hostel is not far from the metro. The rooms are very clean. Staff speaks English and is very friendly and helpful.
Leo is really nice guy, and the room is very comfortable. Location is good, very near subway station and bus stop.
All staff (especially Leo) are really sweet and helpful. Breakfast is available at any time.
The owner leo is very helpful with advice on getting around in Seoul.
The owner was so kind and sometimes we drank together.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location was great, less than 10 mins walk to Gongdeok subway station (where 4 lines meet, including the Airport Express Line), plenty of restaurants, cafes & convenience store nearby, but not in a noisy neighbourhood like Myeongdong or Hongdae (yet only 10-15 mins subway ride to these places).
Price was very affordable.
The owner, leo was so nice and helpfull.
Staff was very helpful.
There is slight whiff of the sewerage from the street which strangely
wafts on the ground floor.
Some rooms don't really have a window, the bathroom is quite old and not well kept, though clean.
bathroom, mosquitoes.
Nothing special.
The room was very small, hardly any room for our 2 luggage.
Found dust on the sheets and furniture.
Shower and toilet have no separator, so floor was always wet after use.
The matress too hard.
Dirty, really small rooms, public toilet close to kitchen in very bad conditions (no water/soap to wash hands) and the smallest kitchen I have seen in a hostel.
