We had spotty luck on the phone but in person everyone spoke great English. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. staff very very nice and helpful. resort was very nice. The location makes it hard to get to the main city centers. I'd recommend renting a car or being ok with a $50-$80 roundtrip cab fare if you want to go to the 'main' attractions. the bathroom is not what letsbookhotel.com shows, i am really expected to have a bathtub beside the window like what offers in the photos, but actually not, it is just a normal bathtub in the bathroom beside the wall.
