The hotel was very clean, the facility was extremely good and I believe the service I received compared to the money I paid was good. Staff response to guest's inquires. Very cooperative and understanding. Housekeeping 24/7 Center to all city destinations. i liked the location,acceptable facilities including fitness center with indoor swimming pool . nice staff. We like staff they are very freindly We like breakfast and lumch It is 5 stars hotel.

Everything was perfect. Kindness. Good. Nice big Rooms, swimming pool & Gym when available, friendly staff. Nice cafe with large Screen. Good room qualities, clean bathrooms, Good location. .the crew were so polite. I liked the Room, the bathtub and good food in the morning. The size of suite was good. Not much. nothing. The location is a bit problematic as the place is very crowded with car traffic, in addition the mini bar was not filled when we arrived although the use is free for the first time. the second was the breakfast, there is no variety of food, and everyday the same fair kinds being served so with time you will feel it is boring. Shortage at the reception desk in a high season time. one thing i was surprised for it some crises happened with booking reservation for one of my friend ,. noyhing. Can't think of anything!. n/a. the weather inside the room. Breakfast was not so good, no variety of foods. Having to leave, hehe :-). Internet wifi. Gym timing for men. Location main busy road, difficult crossing and noisy at night , Gym & Pool open for men between 8.00pm & 11.30pm only, expensive for the type of hotel, not 4 stars, limited breakfast. No heating in rooms, Amman can be cold, bedding, duvets should be the norm. When i did the check in the reception told me they didnt get the letsbookhotel.com confirmation and letsbookhotel.com dont work on fridays !!!??????.... And for the interenet service was poor..... The price you suggest in the ,internet site should be included the taxes 26% is very big , i see it as a kind of rape! . I have stayed in the hotel to find in the morning that the bathroom was filled with mosquitoes and flying insects and when i compliant to the staff -- they just that you are sorry.. The staff is horrible, they got in my room several times, without knocking, I caught one of them spying inside my room on me when in bathtub, be careful, take the hotel if it is a must only!. service was poor staff doesnt smile. Old furniture, they lost my booking, I called your help desk no help from your side I'm woundring what is the benifet from the our comments never ever get reply by the way this the second 1 I have received. the way the staff they deal with the guest they know that they have to be professional but they don't like to be. they think people are stupid.
