  The staff are very friendly and helped me in many ways, especially while I'm hindered by the lack of communication skills in the local language (Japanese), most staff are able to speak my language to ensure every moment of my stay as well as getting around is easy and enjoyable. It was a very good experience, I had a great time there. This is very important, especially most Japanese can't speak in English. But they are good at English so as to communicate with you easily!!! Also, you can meet lots of new friends from different countries in YHV.

  Although it was capsule room accomodations, the bath and spa area was quite convenient and relaxing both before and after sleep. Had a western style toilet available which is a plus for a budget hotel in Japan. Great for a one night business traveler. - If you have the opportunity, stay here for a night.
