Friendly staff, We arrived early, and got a room after 10 minutes. Good connection with limousine bus direct from Narita. Handy with shops and restaurants just under hotel. We were going on a cruise so not too far to go by taxi to port. Beautiful and clean property right at the train station making it an excellent place to get into and out of Yokohama. Staff were helpful and the place had great facilities and a range of excellent restaurants.
