  Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. There are Aqua City and Decks nearby so shopping is not a problem and plenty of restaurants if you don't wanna travel too far out.   Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel. Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes.   Excellent English was spoken .. When we finally checked in it was a breeze. Good sized room even with an extra bed in it. We had a view but more of the Disney car park. Courtesy shuttle from monorail traction to hotel was an added bonus .. It is up hill walking to the station was ok.   The hotel was very good. The room was small, but bigger than what I usually get in London or Paris. Everything was in order and very clean. The staff is very attentive to the guests and more than eager to help. Unfortunately they do not speak very good English if at all, but this is typical in all of Japan.   Nice big comfortable newly renovated rooms. Service staffs spoke English and were very helpful. 10 mins walk to JR Shinjuku station through the covered walkway, which had convenience stores, cafés and shops around. With airport shuttle, made it very convenient to get to / fro from airport. The room 1869 was really huge for Japan standard. We had a nice view too. Room was spotlessly clean and location was really central. Lots of cafe, restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Staff was really helpful. Convenient as free shuttle to Disneyland was provided and tours can be booked in the lobby.

I liked that the location is conveniently near a bus stop, several convenience stores and a number of restaurants. Also, the overall value for the money is quite good.   This is a big hotel. Located very close to Iidabashi subway station. Once we figured out the subway - in a day or so - this was very convenient. We were in and out a lot catching the subway from Iidabashi. There is a very nice bakery in the hotel. Great toiletries in the bathroom, good bed, there's an electric kettle and a beverage vending machine for each guest floor including a washer and dryer!
