Reopened after renovation in September 2013, the Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo is a 3-minute walk from JR Shinagawa Shinkansen Station. Like all the hotels we stayed at in Japan, the Prince Sakura Hotel had exceptional service. What made this hotel stand out was the size of our room. We had 3 adults staying in one room and it easily accommodated all of us, as well as had room for a sitting area (third bed was a pull out couch). The bathroom was huge, with a separate shower stall and jacuzzi. We also had a separate room for the toilet which was a nice feature when you have 3 people sharing the same room! There is also a nice g.

This is a luxury hotel , easy to access and relaxing . After a long day of traveling around , you can relax in a jaguzzi with warm and flower bath salt. The staff professionally help me ship parcels to the next hotel in Osaka. The shuttle bus from Shinagawa station is also helpful. This hotel is much better than excellent. i love the prince sakura tokyo hotel. the rooms are very spacious. probably can fit 5 with extra beds. spacious bathrooms as well. the location is perfect close to shibuya harujuku, shinjiku, roppongi via bus and omotesando hills. airport shuttle avail and wifi is free in the lobby and wired is free inside the room. i would definitely go back to this hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located in a comparatively less crowded area and is just about 5 minutes walk from Shinagawa train station. The hotel also provides shuttle bus to the train station. This hotel was close to the Shinagawa train station (5 minutes walk), plus had a free shuttle which ran every half hour. No wifi in the room, just in the hotel lobby. There were only 10 modens, in the hole hotel, to be used by guests. So, I had to wait 4 days to have a wi-fi in my room. I suggest a previous reservation. Very expensive breakfast. No free wifi in room. Did not had iron box in the room. The internet is only be able to connect with the cable to computer. A bit of walk (7 - 8 minutes) from the closest station. There is only three shuttle buses a day to Haneda Airport. Dated decor for lobby and lounge bar seating area. No 240 volt sockets. We have travelled around the world and no hotel refused to exchange Australian dollars except prince sakura . Same notes were exchanged at nearby bank with no problem. I was hurt badly. None. 1. No free wifi provided in room. - nothing. Breakfast rate very expensive. (Jpy 3,000) + tax. oldish furniture.
