Stayed overnight for morning flight next day. Room was huge with lounge area - by far nicest and biggest place we stayed in Japan (for our budget). Shuttle bus to airport excellent. Free breakfast. We missed dinner but the hotel has instant noodles/drinks/snack vending machines so at least you can eat something. Breakfast is good than other branch . I can't make a reservation direct to the hotel so I have to book by letsbookhotel.com .everytime I went to Japan I stay at toyoko all the time but it was very difficult to reserve by Internet.suggest me how to do .I want a discount thank you.

The location is very good if you have to take an early flight. The offer a free shuttle to the airport every 15 min. Very good, cheap, children don´t pay, the biggest room we have been in Japan, breakfast included, big bed...vendine machine with beers, dinner 500 yeans, shuttle to the airport free, what can you ask for more? The best choice to stay on before or after going to the airport. Just next to the airport. Nice large western styles rooms and bathrooms, not small like most Japanese hotel rooms. Breakfast was simple, but adequate for a quick start to the morning. Airport Bus has a reasonable pick-up and drop-off schedule. Everything - Great Value for money for Family with Teenage kids - Great location for Airport - Narita and even Tokyo. Great dinners and great breakfasts. Can not think of anything really. Nothing. No complaints at all. Lack of explanation from the reception staff regarding uses of lights when entering the room. The shower didn't work well. The linens smells bad. Unfairness on rooms with or without washlet systems (all rooms should be provided with washlet system to make it fair). nothing. Bed was a bit hard. Nothing. They really really really need to upgrade the toilet bowl. This is the only toilet bowl in Japan that is not automated unlike the others. shuttle bus to airport takes longer than the 7 to 10 mn announced as boarding the bus takes time i.e. a 7.30 am bus does not get to the airport before close to 8 am. Also the shuttle bus is small and we had to wait for the next one, which added another 15 mn to our expected arrival time to the airport. Nothing,excellent value for money, where can you get all that ,including breakfast for $67for 2people. Room was clean but bathroom had some small particles all over. Breakfast provided, although not great. The printer by the Internet station didn't work when I was there. Easy to fix, though. Repeat visitors should be on record and information and passport copies should not be needed to be repeated unless the passport has changed. Room seems not very clean. There is nowhere to eat except for the hotel nearby. The Wi-Fi signals were dismal even in the front lobby, and the internet speed was super slow, unusual for Japan. The cleanliness of the room. The carpet was "sticky", there were hairs in my bathtub, mold was growing on the ceiling of the bathroom, a spider fell out of the shower curtain. Poor breakfast, but free. Not an hotel to stay more than one or two nights. Not near to any food stall or convenient shop (7-11, family mart etc) by walking distance from hotel. A little worn out, could get some renovation here and there. Check-out was at 10:00 a.m. so we had to go sit in the airport for several hours until our flight left. Lack of English, to explain the supper menu etc.Front desk did speak English. English is not present at Airport so that is the way it is in Japan. not near to any convenient shop or food stall by walking distance. Restricted options for dinner. Dissappointed that the toiletries bag left behind in our room couldn't be located when we telephoned the next day. No Bar No Restaurant Dirty and Stained Carpets Tired Deco. The furniture like the carpet and fauteuils are old and dirty and need to be replaced. Hotel is getting old and starts to really need refurbishing. Things like small burns in the carpet, clearly visible places in the bathroom, where superficial repairs were made, should not be visible.
