  Very good location. Excellent, helpful staff, with fair spoken English. Nice, clean rooms (we stayed in two traditional Japanese rooms). Good location if one is willing to walk a little from the designated hotels where the bus liners from the resorts stop (we walked in the dark two blocks in a snowstorm from Hotel Tobu, after getting off the bus f... mitä ihmiset sanovat » rom Kiroro Resort, but we enjoyed it!). The little restaurant downstairs was lovely and fairly-priced. - Staff were really friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to help me to change to a room with better wifi reception. The room was quite sufficient for 3 adults and some small/medium luggages, but most importantly clean and comfortable. It's about 15 minutes walk from the JR Sapporo station, which is not so bad as long as you're not carrying a ton of luggage with you. Would definitely come back again!
