  The front desk staffs are rather helpful when help is really needed. There is a 24hr convenient store accessable through the main lobby area. Plenty of dining options along the nearby main roads and a long covered shopping stretch just next to the hotel.   We really didn't spend much time in the hotel. The idea of booking it was to be able to head out early to the airport (there is a complimentary shuttle bus). We checked in at about 2130hrs and left about 0625 next morning. For this, all worked well and we got to the airport in good time in spite of the blizzard and freezing temperatures (- 20 degr... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ees). Staff were friendly and helped witn a smooth check in and check out process. - the lifts were excellent, the corridors posh!, the room bright and clean with an opening window although ac very efficient.food in restaurant exceptional - i had the sashimi dinner and it was less than ten english pounds. breakfast terrific value at eight hundred yen. staff happy and efficient
