The hosts are very friendly (they even drove us to the ferry port to
help us with getting ferry tickets to Zamami Island). We stayed in a
Japanese Style room which was really spacious and had beautiful tatami
mats. A/c and Usage of the Washmashine is with 100Yen pretty cheap.
We'd definitely stay there again.
The staff is absolutely great!!! A family regents this lovely place, I had dinner several times with them. They are simply great and so funny! Located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the main street and monorail station. Room is clean with all the facilities you need, including a balcony and a kitchenette. The owners are very helpful in giving advice on travel. Perfect budget place to stay.
It was very clean and the owners very friendly and helpful. A really great deal on the whole. They lent us their bikes for a day and we had a great time. Always ready with lots of brochures maps and info.

The location is perfect. Easy to the bus station and monorail. 3 minutes walk to 国际通. The couple are very kind and helpful. Very warm feeling.

Owner couple of Getto is friendly and helpful. Location is close to Kokusai Dori. There's also parking on site for a minimum fee and it's very helpful.
It's a little hard to find as it is in a very small street and has
no English Sign. But once we were there we couldn't find anything
negative about Minshuku Getto.
Saving up 100 Yen coins for the air-conditioner.
We didnt have towels and the air conditoner only operated by 100 yen coins, but the fan was plenty cool.
only one minor thing that the soundproof is not so well.
I didn't notice the aircondition need to pay additionally (100 JPY for 90 minutes). But not too expensive so it's okay.
If anything is there is only stair.
Futons left a bit to be desired, very thin - stacked two together to lay
on and it was still hard on the floor.
Directions from monorail were inadequate. The name of the place displayed in English would have helped. Fortunately the owner was on the lookout for us.

We stayed there for 5 nights and expected our bathroom to be cleaned and towel changed at least once but it didn't happen. Maybe that's how minshukus generally operate but next time I would break it up and stay at different hotels to get a clean bathroom and towel every now and then. Not very easy to access if not driving.
