  Sunroute hotel is very conveniently located near the Shinjuku jr station. Just 5 minutes walk from the station and you will see the hotel. The hotel is very new and it's not a small hotel. When I - Convenient location, close to Shinjuku station (for jr & subway lines, & Narita Express), and lots of shops & restaurants in the area. It's also the quieter side of Shinjuku which makes it less insane than say, Shibuya or the eastern side of Shinjuku. Twin beds are large and comfortable. PJs & room slippers provided.   The location was spot on - we were close to Shinjuku station and in the centre for shopping, restaurants, city lights and ease of transportation with train and taxi access Staff were helpful, English good and room comfortable. We booked a classic double room and had fab views of city - room 2301. Pay - Excellent service by the staff. Especially at the concierge. We missed our airport limosine and got a full refund from the concierge. I was beyond shocked. Only in Japan I could get such honest and sincere treatment. Location is superb. Right in the heart of Shinjuku towards the east exit of the Shinjuku station hardly 5 min walk. Highly recommended for people who wish to enjoy Tokyo night life and shopping and also easy access to other parts of the city.

  This was an interesting experience staying at this place and would recommend it to open minded travellers visiting the city. Good location within 10 minutes walking distance of Shinjuku station. Whilst I was travelling with luggage this could be stored at the reception area as there is not a lot of room in either the capsule of the small lockers ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » provided which are really just to be used for a small back pack and hanging up of clothes. If you are travelling around and just stay here for a nigh - 10/10 for novelty value, but more than that, this was a very comfortable night's sleep. You can even have your underwear laundered and ready to collect in the morning, or buy new ones plus a shirt and tie from reception. English instruction leaflet was provided and the staff were very friendly, so the atmosphere was more relaxed than I'd expected. There isn't a speck of dirt anywhere - you leave shoes on entry and wear shorts and top which are provided - rest of your clothes go in your pers

  Nice big comfortable newly renovated rooms. Service staffs spoke English and were very helpful. 10 mins walk to JR Shinjuku station through the covered walkway, which had convenience stores, cafés and shops around. With airport shuttle, made it very convenient to get to / fro from airport. The room 1869 was really huge for Japan standard. We had a nice view too. Room was spotlessly clean and location was really central. Lots of cafe, restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Staff was really helpful. Convenient as free shuttle to Disneyland was provided and tours can be booked in the lobby.
