  The staff is friendly & polite. The receptionist repsond effectively to our enquiry with acceptable English speaking ability. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is great as it is close to bus station so that make it easy accessible to all kinds of train station. - The staff was lovely, kind, and unfailingly helpful. The bus stop in front of the hotel will get you to most of the major attactions. - Spacious and comfortable room. Staff extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Whilst WIFI is not available everywhere, we were provided with a router for the room that had a fast and reliable connection. Very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
