  This is the best place to stay, not only in Kanazawa or Japan but in the whole world. Shaq is an extremely helpful host and this hostel is the epitome of what one expects of any hostel. Traveling solo, I never once felt that I was by myself. There's plenty of people and it's quite a good scene most evenings.
