Location-next door to Hiroshima station (Shinkansen side). Take the North exit and you'll see the hotel. Very convenient for train. Also easy for getting around Hiroshima by electric tram, but you need to walk to the south exit.

Everything was great .. The beds perfect .. So soft and wonderful to
sleep on. All hotels should get beds like these !!! I didn't eat
breakfast but I looked ok. Ask at reception about a discount for
breakfast our daughter got y400 off through them. The location is under
5 mins from Hiroshima station (out the back, not the tram side). You
can't hear a thing .. Oh our daughter was in the room opposite and
she heard one train about 7am. If you can stay here for your stay in
Hiroshima .. In my opin

We spent one night at this hotel. Great location - close to the A-bomb dome and Peace Park, Hiroshima Castle and shops. Staff were so friendly and efficient. I asked for a room high up with a view of the castle (and got it). Corner room with 270 degree views. It was magic and the room was spacious compared to anything else we had stayed at in Japan. We didn't eat at the hotel - but found places close by for dinner and breakfast.

Got off the Shinkansen, walked out the doors of the station and I was there. Excellent. Staff was helpful in giving directions to tourist sites and provided maps as well. Checked out early in the morning and the hotel stored our luggage until we came back from touring at 3 pm. Then it was quick and easy to walk for a minute and be back in the station, waiting for our next train. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean room and very spacious. The buffet was also very good if you like Japanese food.it didn't look like a hotel because of the lobby area. Would like to keep it secret so that in the future I won't have any trouble booking a room. I believe it was an excellent value. Plan to stay there in the future whenever I visit Hiroshima. -

The staff were very accommodating when we needed to store our bags before and after we checked in/out. The views from our rooms were staggering for the price. The location was excellent. Bed was really comfortable, much softer than the normal hard beds that
seem to be common in Japan. Their map of what was around locally was
excellent, as it pinpointed a coin laundry, which we desperately needed
at that stage in our trip. Room wasn't overly large, but it was a
single room, and was larger than some of the others I have stayed in.

Excellent staff .. 4 star service. To get a quiet room ask for or book a
single room on the 19th floor. Our daughters room was at the back of the
hotel, soft comfortable bed and no noise. There is a coin laundry about
a 10 min walk, staff can give you the location on the map. Bathroom is
compact but not too small. Adequate breakfast Buffett, ask for a
discount voucher when you checkin we got y500 off. Free Internet via lan
cable in the rooms, free wifi in the lobby.

Room size was ok. Felt comfortable enough for us.
Location was just fine. Peacepark and everything within was at walking distance. Starbucks was close and there was also a very big shopping street in the neigborhood at 10 minutes walking.
Staff was very friendly. When we left we were in a hurry to catch our train, but we forgot to reserve a taxi.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was on the small side, but most are in Japan. There was more than enough room for all our luggage and the two of us.
The bed and pillows were amazing!

Good location, walking distance to the Peace Memorial Park. Staff very nice, tried to do their best with a small English. Very comfortable beds, small rooms but bathroom is good. Large shower room, separate toilet and very good toiletries. We recommend this hotel. Nearby good restaurants and facilities like Family Mart 7eleven.

The staff were superb! The staff spoke fluent English and were extremely helpful. The room was very comfortable, they had free wifi and laundry facilities, and in house movies for a small amount of money. Breakfast was a little disappointing though, we payed a small amount of money for a buffet breakfast but the food was stone cold.
