Location was great -- close to the main commercial district. Amenities were also great, including small fridge, iron, hair dryer and laundry facilities. Breakfast buffet offered a nice range of options. Staff had varying levels of English ability, but always went out of their way to help a foreign guest who did not speak Japanese well. Wifi routers available to use in rooms with a fully returnable deposit.

Staff were very helpful with good English. Rooms modern and well appointed but double room very small. We were in two twin rooms which were large. Free washing machines and dryers. Great facilities. Stayed just one night here which was perfect for visiting Hiroshima and Island of Miyajima. Very good price including basic breakfast. Not a massive choice for Westerners but you wouldn't starve. Good location was about 10 min walk to main road for metro or trams. Clean and as usual in Japan the staff very polite and helpful. This hotel seems brand new, very modern. Though the rooms are small they have every convenience, excellent bathrooms, and the prices are very good for what you get.
