To use the hotel's free shuttle, please make a reservation at time of booking. The shuttle to the hotel is available 14:00-18:00, and the shuttle to the station 08:00-10:00. Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast at the hotel must make a reservation at least 1 day in advance by 20:00. To eat dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made by 17:00 on the day of. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. The indoor hot-spring bath is open from 13:00 to 11:00, while the outdoor hot-spring bath is open from 06:30 to 10:00 and from 16:30 to 22:00.
